Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Agustín Criollo -journalist, writer, multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer- has been
part of the local independent music scene since 1988 experimenting with rock, electronica, ambient and African rhythms, among others.
He is regarded as one of the early performers of the local rock scene that emerged from the punk rock movement back in the mid-1980s.
